Acceptance of Terms.

By creating an account or using Hubit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using Hubit on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Accounts.

1. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Subscriptions and Billing.

1. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as described on our Pricing page.
2. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you add a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends.
3. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your Content.

You own the tasks, files and other content you add to Hubit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

Intellectual Property.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hubit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App without the express written consent of Hubit.

Privacy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
